Retribution

[Count/Winterfire]

(Sara made her way to toward Count. She spotted Christina right next to her father. Not too far away, she noticed Liz, wit her evil red eyes. It was the same exact look she had when Liz tried to attack her in the Danger Room. Knowing from her experience, she did not want to stick around any longer. She made her way to her father, ignoring Christina.)

Winterfire: It's time to go.

(Count gave a silent nod as he placed his hand on Sara's ankle. The two began to sink into the darkness.)

[Oracle]

Christina gave an involuntary shiver as she felt a rush of coldness near her. She turned her head and found Sara and Count disappearing in a sea of darkness. They were trying to escape. Christina knew they had to stop them. They were missing several teammates because of them and had no idea where to find them. Christina was still looking for answers for herself. As much as she wanted say that she had thought and planned out her actions, truth was that Christina never really thought things through.

Almost on impulse, Christina managed to flip herself onto her stomach and reached out her hand. She grabbed whatever it was in her reach, which happened to be part of Sara's arm. Within a second, Christina was swallowed up in Count's darkness along with Sara. And just as fast, the portal closed behind her.

[Mindcontrol]

(Jack didn't need to read Moon's mind to understand the distress and guilt she was feeling. It was all written on her face. As he lifted himself up, he began to cough lightly from all the smoke that Sara had created.)

Mindcontrol: Physically, I'm fine. Thank you for being concerned. How are you holding up?

[Moon]

Elizabeth raised an eyebrow and gave Jack a 'really' look at the physical remark, but decided not to comment on it now. As for her she was tired and her muscles were aching. It had been a while since she had been put through something like this and it was taking a toll. Not just physically, but mentally. She wouldn't be surprised if she had nightmares after going to sleep tonight and it wouldn't be just about this fight.

Moon: Oh just a little singed and maybe a little crispy in areas, but rather then that just peachy. My car on the other hand is well done.

Elizabeth's voice was raspy from coughing so much and after that she ended up into another coughing fit and ended up hunched over with her hands on her knees.

[Nightcat]

Liz looked around seeing that her targets were gone. She whipped her head around and spotted Jack. She teleported to stand right behind him, "You and I are not finished."

[Mindcontrol]

(The hairs on his neck and arms stood up at the sound of the demonic voice. Instantly Jack was scared down to his core. He knew that this was going to end in either two ways. He was going to survive and keep his friends alive or he was going to die. Either way, he was going out unshaken. Jack slowly turned around and looked into the eyes of pure evil. Jack's expression on his face was as straight as possible and confident as possible. He raised his right eyebrow and looked into the eyes that he wished he would never see again and said...)

Mindcontrol: If I could remember correctly, I straight up kicked your ass back in the Danger Room. You want a repeat?

(His eyebrows crunched giving Jack's face an extremely threatening look. In his head he laughed to himself, thinking that he was now going to die. He then fired a telekinetic blast at Nur's head.)

[Nightcat]

Liz teleported out of the way and back behind Jack about a foot in the air, "It's not going to be that easy." She then put her hands on his shoulders, bent him backwards, and raised her knee, slamming his back into it.

[Moon]

Elizabeth stood frozen, trying to fight back her animal instincts that were telling her to run and not look back. She watched in horror as Jack fired a telekenetic blast, only for Liz to doge it and then appear behind him. It was Jack's scream of pain that brought her out of her thoughts and into action.

Quick as she could she unsheathed one of her blades and swung it at Liz's back, since it was presented to her so nicely. Hope this hits, was her only thought at the moment.

[Nightcat]

Liz let go of Jack's shoulders, allowing him to fall forward. As she did so, she sensed Moon behind her. As her knee was still in the air, she swung her leg back, knocking the sword out of the other woman's hand. Using the momentum of the kick, she continued to pivot to face Moon, sending a telekenetic blast at her, causing Moon to fly backwards.

[Mindcontrol]

(Jack was caught off guard by Liz's teleport knee attack. He let out a yell of pain as Liz's knee made contact with his back. He fell forward to the ground once Liz released her hold of his shoulders. Jack cautiously picked himself up only witness Moon being pushed back by Liz's telekinetic blast. Jack didn't want Moon getting involved in this fight, for she had no idea what Nur was capable of while in control of Liz's body. He slowly picked himself. Jack's eyes began to glow blue.)

Mindcontrol: Your fight is with me Nur. Moon stay out of this!

(Using his telekinetic power, Jack lifted the remains of Moon's burning Mustang. He pushed his arms forward, sending the mustang at Liz's direction at an agile speed.)

[Moon]

Elizabeth gave a yell of pain as her back connected to the wall of the building. Falling down to the ground on her knees she heard Jake tell her to stay out of this and then lift the remains of her car and hurl them at Liz. There was no way she was letting him fight something so evil by himself. It went against her moral compass if you will.

Moon: I am not letting you fight something that just screams evil by yourself. So you can forget about me staying out of this. You need help and two heads are better then one!

Without getting up she shifted into her wolf form and ran to Jack's side worried that he was going to do something stupid and get himself killed.

[Nightcat]

Liz smirked as she watched the car come at her. She ran at it, vaulting deftly over it to land facing the back bumper. Raising her hands, she pushed it torwards Jack and Moon with a telekinetic blast.

[Moon]

Elizabeth saw the car coming toward her and Jack. She wanted to save him, but figured he could do something so she ran at the car and shift just in time to slide her body between the ground and the car. Coming up after it passed and flinging two throwing knives at Liz. She didn't think they would make it, but it was worth a shot, for she was just about out of ideas.

[Mindcontrol]

(As the car flew toward Jack's direction, he positioned himself into a pseudo-warrior yoga stance. He did this by motioning his right hand forward, his left hand backwards, while keeping his right knee and foot stretching forward. Jack position was low enough so that his chest was able to touch his forward right knee. Jack than flicked his hands in an upward motion to lift the car higher into the air. With the right hand motion, the car lighted four feet off the ground. With the motion of Jack's left hand the car lifted another four feet. All of this was done in a swift manner. By the time the car reached Jack, it was high enough that it simply flew over his head. The burning mustang's momentum continued and it didn't stop, smashing into the wall of the mansion before falling down into the ground.)

[Moon]

Elizabeth heard the sound of the car crashing, but didn't move from her spot. She wasn't moving or coming up with anything until she saw Liz move.
