After a moment in the elevator, the group arrived to stand in front of two doors. Liz opened the one to the right to reveal a second elevator, "Zis ist to go up into ze control room und zat door," she pointed to a door on the other side of the elevator, "Opens to ze Danger Room. For now, ve go up." The three stepped inside and headed up to the control room.
Pavati was the first to step out and she walked over to the controls. She smiled as she recognized some of the Shi'ar tech that her parents used on some occasions for their equipment. She was suddenly glad that she knew about the tech before going up against it, "This is Shi'ar... I've seen some similar stuff back home. Does it use hard light?"

(Jack was surprised that Pavati knew what Shi'ar technology was. He himself wasn't a hundred percent sure on how it worked. Jack walked toward the controls and looked at the area below.)
Mindcontrol: Yes, this is the Danger Room. Only Liz and Kitty have the access to can program it. The system can change the environment inside into just about anything. But you probably already know that since you are already familiar with this technology. This is where we train ourselves to prepare for missions and other emergencies. Its always best to be prepared for whatever is thrown at us. You want to give it a try?

Pavati smiled softly and turned to Jack, "I would love that." Liz turned to the computer and started to enter her codes. She would have to test the girl against all the main elements, including her own. By the sound of it, the girls abilities allowed her to use any and all liquids that were available to her. That might come in handy when dealing with earth and fire. She sent a quick mental message to Jack, having come up with an idea for fire, I need you to program Winterfire into ze computer. Ze program is up, but you need to put in her specifications und all over her known powers. If zat ist who Pavati vill be facing, it might be ze best test for her.

A Stiffania appeared out of the ceiling. If you looked hard enough, the compounds to form earth/rock were every where.
"May I go after her, or do a small sparring session?" She asked, earth and water were near opposites, it would prove interesting if the others liked the idea, "If it's alright with you," a whisper was thrown to Pavati.

(Jack began to type in Sara's mutant powers. The ability to control and generate blue fire and lightning. He then added her physical details including her height, weight, hair color, etc. Jack left out her insane personality. He just met Pavati and he didn't want Sara's psycho persona to be included in this fight. He sensed Stiffania and looked up at the celling. Jack nodded at her request to a session.)
Mindcontrol: Sure, but in the mean time can you do me a favor? I want you to go and sent Avriletta here. I'll call you when we're done.
(He didn't want Stiffania to witness Pavati's session with the virtual Sara. If she did she would be able to figure out his and Avriletta's mission through the training session. This would lead to all the things he wanted to prevent in the first place. Jack turned back to the computer and began to add the finishing touches on the virtual Winterfire.)

The figure jumped back into the ceiling and hopped through the many levels of the mansion, then reapeared to find Jack done and Avriletta a little frazzled.
"Jack," Ave. cooed as she embraced him for no apparent reason.

I talked to Liz about the mission and she insists I take a third person. We're going to test Pavati to see if she can fight.

Yes I'm better she looked over at the new girl then at stiffania and decided against telling him about Amy's "upset-stomache" premontion ... Emily swapped me some small info on her before we saw Amy
"Hey Stiff? Is there and marble around here?"
"Mmmm. I don't know..." the Doll pondered as she broke her arm off and scratched the middle of her back.
"STIFFANIA THAT'S GROSS AND YOU KNOW THOSE STUPID DOLLS DON'T HAVE ITCHES!!!" the doll snickered andlooked over like a mischeivious child as she dissapeared. Avriletta shivered as she got a mental picture of Liz just taking her arm off and scratching her back with it, then she shared with Jack.

(Jack raised his eyebrow to Avriletta when he received her mental picture. He then turned back to Liz, it was time to be serious.)

Liz nodded and hit the enter button on the controls. She then turned to the new girl, "Take ze elevator to ze main room und head out to ze middle of ze room. I am going to test your skill vith vater first followed by fire, earth, und lightning. I may test you on air on another day." Pavati nodded and headed to the elevator.
Once inside she pushed the down button and when the back door of the elevator opened she stepped out into the room. She took her time looking around at the metal panels as she made her way to the middle. She had only worked with hardlight technology once before so she was slightly nervous as to what this room's capability was. Once in the middle, Pavati turned and faced the control room's window before holding up a "Thumb's up" sign to show she was ready. Up in the room, Liz smirked and hit the start button. In an instant, the room was under four feet of water.

(The moment Liz pressed the button, a buzzer went off indicating that the Danger Room session had begun. Jack turned to Liz, she always had something planned in her head when it came to the Danger Room. He was curious in what Liz had in stored for Pavati in this test and those that would follow. He was even more curious in how Pavati would perform and the following results. Jack looked at Pavati below and nodded to insure her confidence.)

Pavati nodded softly and closed her eyes as the water started to rise slowly. As the water reached her neck, the girl raised her arms to her side and spun in the water. The response was instant. The hydro was brought out of the water on a column of spinning water. Her eyes were glowing a bright blue as she lifted herself out of the main column and slid down it as it was turned into an ice slide.
However, as she slide away from the column of ice, the water suddenly started to chase her as though it were alive. There was something else controlling the water and that something suddenly became apparent. Another person was on the other side of the danger room moving their arms causing the water to attack Pavati. Liz had programmed another hydrokenetic into the system to see how the girl fought against another person.
Pavati whipped her arms around and sent a blade of water rushing towards the person, thought he brought up a second blade to cut through it just seconds before it it him. However, Pavati's control of the water allowed her to continue the movement of even the droplets of water from the broken blade. These tiny droplets rushed forward unseen and ripped through the boy's flesh in many places. The girl made sure that the water didn't sever anything important, but the boy was now bleeding from all over his body.
With an evil smile she threw her hands up into the air and the other person was thrown up as well. Pavati then began to use just her hands to make the boy's body smash against the walls and even the windows of the control room.

Avriletta looked on, apathetically. It had been a while since she had been impressed by anyone, and she wasn't easily impressed. A high pitched noise caught her attention and she missed the blur of movement and Pavati slamming the CGP into the Glass.
"Damn, Jack did you hear that?" Ave. looked up at him. when he didn't respond she figured not and continued to watch the water as it gleamed with the movements the two in the DR made to each other.

(Jack's awareness was completely on Pavati. He therefore didn't hear the high pitched sound. After a few moments he responded to Avriletta.)
Mindcontrol: I'm sorry, I didn't hear any thing. Liz I need to make an important call in the briefing room, alone. I'll watch Pavati's session from the security monitors.
(Jack gave a kiss to Avriletta on the cheek. He turned and at walked toward the door. He stopped, looked at Stiffania and Liz, he nodded at the two before opening the door and leaving.)

Liz nodded as Jack made his request though her eyes never moved from Pavati. She really didn't like the look in the girl's eyes as she continued to slam the boy's body into the walls of the Danger Room. Blood was now running down the walls and glass and if the boy had truly been alive he would have died an amazingly painful death. She really hoped that the new girl wouldn't always resort to that method.
As Pavati allowed the body to drop into the water and sink to the bottom, Liz hit a button and the water and the body disappeared instantly, "Very gute Pavati. For zis next vone however, try not to kill ze person. Ok?" The dark skinned girl smiled sheepishly up at the control room, "Sorry about that. I guess I got a little carried away. What's my next element?"
"Earth", Liz replied, "So be ready." She turned to Stiffania, "Don't go easy on her, but do not kill her. I vill divide ze room into half vater und half earth. Go." She typed in a few commands and at once half the room became a 12 foot deep pool and the other half a rocky barren landscape.
