(Wolf gazed at the mansion from under the concealment of a large oak. His claws dug deep into the bark of the tree and his snout sniffed roughly at the air. He could tell she was in there. He looked down at the lower branches to see his scout, a gangly gray monstrosity with blazing yellow eyes. Wolf grinned to himself.)
Wolf: Who's to say I'm the villain here, huh? Them, us? No, our actions echo throughout eternity and I'm here to ensure the survival of this new species.
(Wolf bit down on his tongue, almost drawing blood. He glanced down again at his beta scout and shook his head. The scout uttered a low whimper and then fell back. Wolf himself took one final scent of the air to make sure Van Sickle was there and then started to pull away. But before he left, he howled. Loud enough for them to hear and deep enough to motivate his betas, he knew they'd be deaf not to hear that call and then Wolf slipped back into the shadows.)

(Wolf dropped from the trees that he was maneuvering about and faced his beta wolves. As he scanned their faces, a smile came to his own.)
Wolf: When we storm the mansion, you are to kill anyone and anything that is not a part of this pack. You do not know pain, you do not know fear, you do not know pride. You will kill remorselessly and efficiently. Rage is your weapon. Your claws and fangs are your tools. You will shred and tear and decimate any and all that stand in your way. Burn the hellhouse down to ashes.
(A Beta tossed Wolf a rifle. He cocked the weapon and smiled broadly.)
Wolf: Tomorrow night we attack.

(Wolf sat on his hind legs, glaring at nothing, deep in thought and pondering how the assault might go. High above he caught wiff of a familiar purple creature and his black lips curled a bit over his canines. Sleeping all around him were his Betas. Wolf growled slowly to himself. He wondered what Creed would say at a sight like this. Wolf stood up as one of his scouts ran over.)
"Most of the inhabitants are leaving? Shouldn't we attack now? Maximize the massacre?"
(Wolf's eyes narrowed. Liz knew he was around, they probably all knew he was around. The flying reptile would even alert them as to how many there were. The element of surprise was now gone for him. Wolf growled, annoyance taking hold of him. He glared at the scout and snarled.)
Wolf: Back to your position. Let me know if anything else occurs.
(The beta stood his ground for a moment before Wolf raised his hand and the scout took off in the direction he had come. Wolf sighed and sat back on his haunches. He would walk right into whatever they were planning.)

(The sky faded from noon to evening; orange, yellow and farther away on the horizon black rose. Chaze noted that his Betas rose as the darkness spilled into the world. He growled at them, an Alpha's command to go out and hunt. His Betas nodded back at him and then took off, all forty-three beasts running away into the forest looking for fresh meat. Chaze smiled through black lips and then resumed his frozen stance sitting just inside of the woodline so that he could see the mansion. He wondered if Liz could see him even as the day disappeared from the world. He laid down placing his head atop his massive paws. He watched the mansion for longer than he could imagine. His Betas stayed gone and suddenly he could smell the sand of Egypt. He snorted loudly, trying to get the false scent out of his snout, but it only grew stronger. Then he heard a faint rustling of the leaves at his left. The scent of fresh mud filled his snout and he raised his head to see what was the cause of it. Standing just outside the woodline, less than a fifty feet away was a sandy haired man in a long, dark trenchcoat. Chaze caught his scent as he uncrossed his arms in front of him and spoke.)
"Long time mutt."
Chaze stood on all fours before standing straight and snarling. His ears snapping to his head.)
Chaze: Matthews? Is that you?

"Not Matthews. But another good friend."
(The stranger with sandy hair slammed the palms of his hands together, and in an instant, four large tornadoes flew from his hands. Wolf's heart dropped for a second as he realized just who he was facing and leapt past the oncoming funnels. Wolf roared as he leapt into the air, claws and fangs bearing down on the mutant terrorist, Whisp. Yet Ricardo Allemonte exploded in a tan mist. Wolf's claws swiped at nothing and a chuckle echoed from behind him. Wolf spun and his head exploded in pain, as Whisp's foot smacked into his snout. Wolf fell over in pain and shock, smacking his head onto a tree's root. Before he could get his bearings though, a sharp blade slid under his throat and Whisp's face filled his blurred vision.)
Whisp: Well that's no way to treat an old pal.
Wolf: I ain't your pal mother--
Whisp: (applying pressure on the knife) Shut it. I know why you're here. I know you're about to head into that mansion with your little pack of pups to try to avenge some misconstrued ideal of vengeance, but you can't win. Against her, you've never won.
Wolf: Things are different.
Whisp: Are they? In your heart, do you really believe that by facing her again, you'll find what you're looking for. She'll stab you again, and leave you for dead. She's going to kill you Chaze.
Wolf: What do you want?
Whisp: I want you to join my organization, the Black Scorpions. I want you to help me take back what's mine.
Wolf: And what do I get in return?
(A slow smile spread over Whisp's features.)
Whisp: I'll give you the training and the weapons to finally be able to kill her.
(The slow anger that had built in his chest, finally exploded. Wolf roared in desperation, roared against the knife slicing into his throat and threw Whisp off of him. The mutant was caught off guard and as he flew through the air, Wolf shot a claw at him, but he disappeared just as it flew through his chest. Wolf stood, breathing hard, his chest rising and falling uncontrollably. Wolf howled at the darkening sky as loud as he could to hail his Betas and then glanced around. There was no sign of Whisp, so Wolf snarled and then stepped out of the woodline. Before him, he could plainly see the mansion and he started walking toward it.)
(High overhead on a branch, Whisp looked down at his torn shirt. Wolf's claw had just cut through his shirt when he had vanished. He wondered, that may have been the closest he had gotten to being marked for years. Whisp smiled and watched the Betas appear from the dark woods and run to Wolf's position.)
Whisp: Well, let's see how this fight turns out.

(Wolf scaled the outer wall of the mansion and stopped at the crest. As he snarled he heard the Betas approach rapidly and glanced back to see dozens of them shoot out from the woodline and race up to the mansion's walls. They followed his example and digging sharpened claws into the wall, climbed up to his flanks. As the wolves made a steady line along the top, Wolf acknowledged each one. Their eyes slowly turned from yellow and red to emerald green. Wolf stood atop the wall and bit back a bark. Instead he merely watched the mansion and called out in a loud, bitter tone.)
Wolf: ELIZABETH! Come out! WE have unfinished business.

Liz had been in her room getting on a new uniform that she had finished a few days prior. It was made of a stretchy black material that had adamantium laced into the fabric. The left arm ended just above her elbow and the right leg just above her knee while the opposites were longer. She still had her holsters for her swords around her waist and a green X stitched across the chest. She smiled when she though of how great it was to have connections in Germany still. When she heard Chaze's cry, a tear came to her eyes as she heard the anger and bitterness in his voice. It had been so long since she had heard his voice, let alone that tone.
She took a deep sigh, took up her swords, put them in their sheathes, and teleported outside to face her ex-lover.
The first thing that Liz did when she saw the betas was let out a shaky sigh. This was going to be a long fight. Her blood eyes looked up at Chaze, "Long time no see mien liebe. Vhy couldn't you have just stayed dead?" Her words carried to him and she wondered if he would be able to hear the genuine hurt and remorse in her voice.

(Wolf let out a low snort to his Betas and they eased back. Leaping down from the wall, Wolf landed hard on the grass below and took two unsteady steps towards Liz. His eyes were hard, but below the surface a tinge of hopefulness and serenity were brewing.)
Wolf: Smoke and fire, dusted bones, the years have passed and you look just as beautiful as the days when we were once lovers. But I can smell Nur on you even now. And through the long enduring agony I have suffered, you will now witness the suffering I have endured in your master's name. How long, huh? How long have you easily traveled onwards, not even acknowledging what evil was done upon us?

Liz gazed up at him with tears in her eyes, "If by traveling onvards you mean staying almost in the same place und never getting that final look on your face out of my mind or forgetting our last tender moments und hating vhat happened und torturing myself almost everyday for zat und only hoping zat if you ever came back zat you vould eizer just forget vhat happened und forgot me or you vould somehow forgive vhat I did, zan I have traveled far. If you mean that I've forgotten you for even a moment, zat I never regret vhat happened, zen I have never left Egypt."
By the time she was done talking, tears were flowing down her face, the hurt evident in her blood red eyes.

Wolf: Lies!
(He took another unsteady step forward and froze. Every vein, every muscle in his being wanted screamed in agony for him to reach out and touch her cheek, to kiss her lips, but his anger would not let him. Wolf turned, stepping away from her and tearing his gaze away from Liz to his Betas. Seeing their emerald eyes instantly brought back his rage and his chest swelled with hatred.)
Wolf: Though I brought Nur to you physically, I was also strong enough to dispell him. And our love wasn't enough for you to do the same. So how can I ever forgive you.
(Wolf glanced back at Liz, and seeing her cry he could instantly feel the truth behind her words. But the Betas had already started to stir and the scraping of their claws on the wall, gave him strength.)
Wolf: No, it will end today. It must. Kill her.

Liz's tears stopped for a moment as panic set it. If she began to fight too hard, that part of Nur that never left her mind would come to the surface and that wasn't a good thing... She swallowed hard and drew her swords, "Bette... Please don't do zis Chaze. I don't vant to fight." The fear was in her voice, and she knew that he had to smell it coming from her even if he didn't know why she was so fearful.

(Wolf could smell her fear, the Betas could smell her fear, yet they froze for a moment, glaring at the lone figure standing before the mansion. Wolf gazed at them and then at her. He hesitated himself, remembering all too well how deadly she was with those blades.)
Wolf: KILL HER!
(Five Betas leapt down from the wall and scraped their claws against each other. They ran to Wolf's side and he nodded at her.)
Wolf: Put her out of my misery.
(The Betas snarled and quickly surrounded Liz.)

Liz took a deep breath and lowered her swords to waist level as she got ready. These were creatures that she had never seen before, but she had a feeling that they had been Chaze's responsibility. She looked them in the eyes, "Who vants to die first?"

Wolf: Remember she is a teleporter, strike fast, strike quick. Do not get in each other's way. Stay light, stay alive, stay able.
(Wolf watched as the Betas locked eyes with each other and formulated a plan of attack on Liz. He admired them and felt a pinge of pride for creating them. Then he focused on Liz and the feeling vanished. He could almost remember when it had been the two of them against Weapon X soldiers. But Wolf dispelled the thoughts and turned away. He looked up at the other forty four Betas.)
Wolf: When they are dead, take up your weapons and shoot her to death.
(Wolf then started away towards another part of the mansion as the rest of the Betas crawled down from the wall and posted up to attack Liz.)

Liz smiled as she say the others move into position. So these were going to be a test round to see how good she still was. Mere pawns to tire her out... That wasn't going to happen. She took another deep breath and vanished from the spot only to reappear behind one of the betas. It took seconds for her to plunge her sword into his heart and move on to the next one. This was the result of her training in the Danger room for hours at a time. As she got the last two, she landed between them and slashed their throats. She looked up and when she next spoke, her accent was gone, "Who's next?"
