"Inspiring. Really."she broke his right arm with a kick. He hadn't used it much after the two hits she landed on it, and Ave. wanted to test a theory. The Darth dropped her and faded into Tyler Durden, "Fight club? Psh! Puh- Lease!" she put her hands on her hips. There was blood on her pants where the cut she made on his arm contacted, "Can't you do anything right?!"
"I- I can!" he changed into Dorian Grey, "I can do whatever I please!"
"No. You can't!" Avriletta jumped on him, pinning him on the ground, "You haven't absolute controle of reality!" she smashed his elbow with her right fist.

(Jack ran down the stairs, stopped at the 6th floor. Before entering the hallway, he scanned the area mentally to find any enemies. Once he knew it was safe, he powered down to regain his strength. His eyes returned to their original brown. He opened the door and ran down the hall to the first staircase. He ran two floors down and entered that hallway. He automatically spotted Pavati pinned against a wall by metal. He rushed over to her and pulled the metal out of her chest.)
Mindcontrol: Are you alright?
(He asked concernedly, as he backed up to give Pavati room to breath.)

Pavati dropped to the ground and coughed hard for a moment before looking up at Jack, "Took you long enough to get down here." She said it with a smirk on her face, letting the man know she was ok. She looked down at the body of her ex, "May the ancestors have mercy on your soul... and on mine." She looked back to Jack, "Let's get out of here."

(Jack let out a sign of relief knowing the girl was alright. He looked at Pavati, his eyes hinted a sense of tiredness, but he gave a confident smilel. He extended his hand to help left Pavati back on her feet.)

(Sara was walking looking at all the security computers that were placed in different stations around the room. Each computer screen showed a different floor, but all of them had the same horrific scenes. The sights of the bloody violence between the Sovereigns and the advancing opposition. It seemed the situation was turning into the favor of the her enemies. She turned to Vertigo, who was checking one of the security monitors.)
Winterfire: Vertigo, go to the floor below us and defend it with your life.
(Vertigo nodded at Sara's request. He grabbed his assault rifle before heading toward the door. Sara turned to three menacing looking figures that were a standing guard near the door. To the normal eye, they looked like normal human beings, but Sara knew they would be part of the Sovereigns next big plan.)
Winterfire: Sentinel Advance prototypes one, two and three, go with Vertigo. Obey his every command. Eliminate all those that dared challenge the Sovereign Empire!
Sentinel Advance: Affirmative.
(They stood next to Vertigo, awaiting his orders. He turned to Sara decided it was now or never. He opened the door and they headed to their position.)

He cried out in pain as she continued to break his bones, "Please! ARRHGGG!" he gasped, "Please -- STOP!!"
Avriletta stood as she looked at his face, it was distorted in pain, "I want to know what else winterfire has planned for us!"
"NEVER!" he shouted in defiance, Avriletta continued to break bones.

Pavati nodded and headed towards the opposite side of the room where there was a second door that led to another set of stairs, "It looks like it's mostly intact. Even if there are a few missing flights, you can still lift us right?"

"Grow weary of our game," Avriletta planted her hand over his eyes, "In a moment I will take my glove off and Acid will eat away your face. You will die the most painfull of deaths."
"I - I -"
"Can't make a word of sense when faced with a horrible fate?" the man sried against her hand. Ave. didn't have to hold him down anylonger, his bones were broken in so many places it was hard to tell that they were there in the first place, "If you can't tell me what else is on the other levels I must kill you."
"NO! I WON'T TELL!" he screamed and managed to flail a tiny bit, "wont tell... won't tell!" he cried quietly and tossed his head from side to side.
Jack? I found this guy... he won't tell me what info I need... he's babbling and I don't think we have enough time for me to get the information myself. I'm gonna look for a staircase on this floor that isn't ruined... just incase you two are on your way up, the north stair case for levels 23, 24, 25, & 26 is ruined. I'm still on 26.
Avriletta dragged the man to the closet and locked him in, he was still babbling. But now he was babbling about a code 3354 he kept repeating. It must be significant.
the other set of stairs was in the next room on the south side. Avriletta put her wings on with the last of the first jar and put the other two unopened Jars in her oversized pockets.
Down the stairs she went!

(Jack immediately mental scanned the staircase and found that it was perfectly intact. Sara must have stationed Jason on the particular floor to protect the staircase. He looked at Pavati and nodded. The two began climbing the staircase. He was getting tired, but his determination fueled him to continue. Jack and Pavati had made it to level 15; when suddenly he received Avriletta's mental message informing him about the levels ahead.)
Don't worry. We are on a staircase that will lead us to the top. We'll regroup on the 26th floor.

I just found the stair case, and I can hear you guys. where is everyone else? what about the officers?
Avriletta back tracked to 26 and removed the man from the closet. A chair was left in a room on the west side of the floor, she propped him in it, "Oops." he slipped a bit in the chair, being unconcious was fortunate for him, "Now then... " Ave. found some rope in the closets and bound him to the chair so that when he woke he wouldn't be in immense pain... not that he wasn't already.
I'm in the southwestern room sweetie, I've got our guy tied up. He was a pain in my ass for a moment there...

My unit is dead. I figure there are more officers in different sections of the building. Right now its just Pavati and I. We'll be right there.
(Jack and Pavati finally reached the 26th floor. They ran down the hallway until they made it to the southwestern room. Jack knocked before entering and found Avriletta with her prisoner. He looked at the man tied up in the chair, before turning to Avriletta. A smile crossed Jack's face, rather impressed Avriletta took him down. He walked over to the man and placed his hands on the sides of his temples. He began searching his mind for any information that would be crucial to their mission. A few moments later he found something more than he bargained for. Jack removed his hands and looked at his teammates.)
Mindcontrol: Sara has a small group of Sentinels waiting for us on the higher floors. They look like nothing of ones I've seen in the past.
(He immediately thought of the time when 8-Ball was attacked by Sentinels years ago.)

Mindcontrol: 3354... oh! That's the code for the master security lock. See, the Executives Section, top most floors, have a security system to prevent any unwanted visitors from barging in. Only a select few have this code. Good thing you found it. They probably upgraded the system since the last time I was here. But with the code, there is nothing really to worry about.

Pavati looked around as Jack took the information from the enemy wondering if it was possible that the man's mind could have given up the wrong information. She looked back at the mention of the Sentinels. She had yet to deal with them so she hoped that it would give her an advantage if the machines didn't know her power.

Mindcontrol: We better get going. We still have nine more floors to cover.
(Jack walked to the door and placed his hand on the door knob. There was still the matter of the man tied to the chair. He turned to Avriletta, his face emotionless. He wanted to give her the choice, since she was in fact the one that took him down. Remembering the memories of her being a bounty hunter, he decided he should do it. It was his burden to carry. He pointed the palm of his hand at the hand and focused his telekinesis on the man's heart. He closed his hand, causing his heart to be crushed instantly. He opened the door and his eyes began to glow bright blue again. He walked out of the room without looking at the reactions of his teammates.)
