Christina walked into her room after helping the siblings get situated in their new rooms. The drowsiness that she had ignored earlier hit her like a ton of bricks. She walked past her bureau and was about to crash on the bed when she caught the blood stains on her shirt in the mirror's reflection. Oh yeah, she forgot. Quickly, Christina threw off the shirt and grabbed another one from the drawer. Christina will probably just throw the old shirt away tomorrow so for the time being she just left it on the floor. After changing into a clean shirt, Christina climbed into her bed. She laid her head against the pillow and closed her eyes. The last thing she thought about before going to sleep were the young kids she had just helped. She smiled as she started drifting off to sleep. God, she was tired... She willed herself, no nightmares tonight.

But that wasn't the case. Christina tossed and turned in her sleep as her usual nightmare ran its course. The last good-bye she had with her father before he walked out of his mother’s house. He was off to spend the night in Columbus so that he could get to the courthouse early that morning to prepare for the trial. Christina stood next to her 15 year old self as they watched their father drive out of the driveway, both wishing that the vision of that heinous crash would not happen tonight, but the older Christina knowing fully well that the minute she wakes up, her father would have already been dead for over 8 years. The memory of her grandmother’s house washed away as the next scene took place inside Christian Collins’s car.
Well, this is new.
It seemed as though Christina rode in the passenger seat staring at her father at the wheel. Christina felt so connected into this dream that she thought if she would reach out her hand, she could actually touch her father’s arm. Christina just memorized her father’s features once more and instantly noticed the inherited traits of blonde hair and blue eyes. He seemed relaxed at the wheel as he drove on the highway late at night, unknown to what laid ahead of him. Christina’s eyes began to well up as she finally decided to reach out and take his father’s hand. Before she could even reach him, a loud boom echoed into the night as the car began to shake violently. Her father’s serene expression changed into complete shock and panic as he gripped the wheel tighter and tried to maintain control of the car, but it didn’t matter. The blinding headlights of an oncoming vehicle were unavoidable as the two collided head-on.
Christina’s point of view was transferred from inside her father’s car to the highway just before the crash happened. Christina’s eyes were flooding now as she heard the deafening crunch and saw the shattered glass fly everywhere as well as the steam from the engine rising from the car. Christina couldn’t look anymore as she went to turn her face away from the wreckage. Her dreams usually ended right after the blinding lights. She never wanted to revisit the heinous crash scene ever since she first saw it at 15 years old. But just then, something caught her eye. A dark figure standing on the side, rushed over to her father’s car. A witness coming to check on the drivers? The figure ran straight towards the front of her father’s car and ducked down from her sight. Christina started to run over to the other side of the car to see what the figure was doing, but by the time she reached the car’s trunk the figure was already standing up and running away again with something in his hands. Christina didn’t understand what was going on. Who was that and what was he doing?
“Gr-Gra…”
Christina gasped as she turned towards her father’s voice. He was still alive… but only for a moment. As Christina bent down to look at his face, she saw the light in his eyes starting to fade as he stared where the figure was only a few seconds ago. He whispered his last words so low that Christina couldn’t hear what he said. Then he lowered his head on the steering wheel, and Christina turned around to avoid the sight but still heard him breathed his last. She kept her eyes shut to block the tears from shedding as she just stood there paralyzed. The next sound she heard was of an accelerating engine as she looked and saw the stranger speed off down the highway away from the scene. Christina screamed at the retreating brake lights and continued yelling when she found herself back in her bedroom.
She only opened her eyes again when she woke with her anger flaring as the tears fell and her body shook uncontrollably. That ****** had been following her father the whole time, waiting for the opportune moment. And when he found it, somehow, someway, he caused that accident. Then he ran to collect the evidence before anyone else could show up to notice it, but one thing he didn’t count on was her father. Christian Collins saw him and recognized him. This man was someone her father knew. Christina became infuriated. After many troublesome nights where this vision had haunted her dreams, she finally saw the truth. That car crash that constantly haunted her for years wasn’t an accident; it was murder.

(Jack was walking down the hall, his thoughts were mainly on food and the one-on-one talk with Sara, which he was not looking forward to. Jack wanted to try and get some information out of her, before Liz could go medieval on her. "I mean, out of all people that should try and get info out of her, it should be me." he thought to himself. He shook his head, trying to shake off the morning drowsy feeling. Suddenly, he heard the sounds of screaming coming from Christina's bedroom, which he had just passed. Jack rushed over to the door. He began pounding his fist against the door.)
Mindcontrol: Christina, its Jack, are you alright in there!?

Christina sat on the edge of her bed taking deep breaths, but not one of them calmed her down. Her nerves were shot as her legs continued to shake. Her attention was drawn to her door as she heard Jack banging and shouting. Her body became rigid and she took a few more breaths to calm her voice. She wasn't sure how the others would respond to this, and quite frankly, it wasn't their business, so they didn't need to know about this yet.
Christina: Yeah, I'm fine.

(Jack didn't really know whether to believe her or not. His instincts were telling him that something was really wrong. However, Jack knew if Christina had something to tell him, she would. He let out a sigh and he began to calm himself down.)
"Alright, if you say so. I'm going to go get some breakfast downstairs. Let's go down and eat with the other morning birds."

Christina was relieved that Jack didn't press on the matter or enter her room. She couldn't stop thinking about her nightmare, but knew she should just in case Jack read her mind and caught any wind of it. Damn, there are a lot of telepaths in the house. Wait... the telepaths. That just gave Christina an insane idea, but she needed to sneak away.
Christina: Yeah, ok. I'll meet you down.

"I'll see you there."
(Jack slowly backed away from the door. He couldn't help but worry about Christina. Jack shook away the feeling. He had his own problems to worry about at the moment. He began walking down the hall and made his way to the kitchen.)

Christina listened to Jack's retreating footsteps before she finally released the breath she didn't even realized she was holding. As much as Christina hated this new development in her past, she hated that she didn’t realize it earlier. Of course, the reason she kept having the nightmares was because it was trying to show her something that she missed. Well now that Christina knew what she had repressed, it was time to end this. Now she knew what to look for.
Christina sat on her bed for a few more minutes and began to notice the sounds of the mansion's occupants awakening. She realized that she now would be a good time to act. Everyone would be meeting in the kitchen for breakfast. She would have to take the spare elevator in Liz's office since the other elevator was currently out of commission. She listened until she heard quiet in the hallway before exiting her room and heading down the spare elevator.
